For twenty-three years, the Wizarding World was closer to utopia than it
had ever been. Although minor crimes could still be found here and there,
no attacks, no discrimination, nothing. The wizards and witches who had
seen the Wizarding World through it's worst time felt that it couldn't have
been better. But oh, were they wrong. Maybe it's all just BALDERDASH.[/center]
