Charlotte/Sebastian - This is going to be... A whole bunch of interesting.

Charolette/Chelsea - I think as dancers they should be frieends.

Devlin/Petra - So much angst. And on Devlin's part confusion. Confusion everywhere. Reminds me a bit of Lucian/Gloria in that them working up to that point can be annoying/drawn out, etc, but once they do hit that point they're adorable as shit. And Devlin's a little less um.. Suicidal, crazy, self-harmy, obsessive anyway. He does tend to lead on that he doesn't like the super sappy crap, but he is actually super affectionate (as observed in how he acts around Isabella and Poppy).
I do like how you brought up she sitting out with him outside the Forbidden Forest, for he would definitely do that with her.

Devlin/Casey - This will be interesting when it is finally played out. Casey really likes Devlin, but she kind of gets the hint that he only has eyes for Petra. As mentioned by Zoë, they do do some things that 'other people don't get,' but they're merely wolfish affections which could be read wrong depending on the viewer. Casey will probably come to love him as a brother.

Devlin/Jade - Now seeing them played out this is probably my least favorite. Devlin's incapable of reading through all her fakeness but he can pick up small doses of it and does not like it. He thinks she's pretty and all that, but finds her unbearable at points. Hisgirlmustlikecatsdamnit.

Devlin/Barnabas (friendship/partnership) -

Devlin/Poppy - Adorable. Because he will forever enjoy being cheeky and hitting on her even though he very well knows that she and his sister are... Whatever they are.
Poppy/Isabella - A favorite of mine. Isabella has really evolved into an awesome character and I think Poppy compliments her perfectly.

Cormac/Petra

Cormac/Zoë -All can say is oh Zoë. They're super cute. The most different dynamic of all the other pairs, I think.

Cormac/Joe/Devlin - Interesting dynamic as Cormac and Joe seem to put up with Devlin's occasionally cockiness. He does care for his friends, even if he does go through a short phase where he views Cormac as a threat (and his boggart temporarily becomes an eagle).

Barnabas/Amelia/Devlin - This needs to be played out, for I see a very interesting dynamic. I'm curious to see how others view Amelia hanging about two Slytherins.

I'm going to throw in Issy/Dev because as I've said before. They'resoadorableassiblingsIcan'teventakeit. Devlin was supposed to be more of a Momma's boy, but that turned into more of a strong relationship with his sister, which I don't mind at all. I like that Isabella just about thrashes about anyone that messes with him.

Petra/Scorpius - Not a romance, but I think these two have interestingness as being...um. Aunt/nephew. It's nice to explore him beyond the bastard that he supposedly is.

Isabella/Scorpius - speaking of which. It seems to me Scorpius is better suited to just having certain targets, a major one being his aunt, for (I assume) she usually has strong reactions to his words and this gets his rocks off.

[Mercury]

Charlotte/Sebastian - They confuse me. That's all.

Charlotte/Hector - Funny to write... VERY FUNNY.

Charlotte/Miles - Who, if I had the choice, she would end up with. He tempers her... temper very well, and despite being a pureblood has none of the qualms against his own or her.

Penelope/Cody - should be played more : D

Hector/Chelsea - hm... HM...

Poppy/Isabella - YAYISSYBEINGAWESOME. But seriously, I love them. They play off each other so well, and I rather enjoy Poppy's sweetness in play.

Cormac/Petra - See, I'm finding myself drawn to these two. Their relationship is how Seymour and Gloria were when they were younger. Like siblings (sortof), they can read the other's emotions with just a glance, have been through hell and back... Devlin being threatened by that is... interesting, indeed.

Cormac/Zoë - Why do you say different? But, yeah, they're adorable. If they'll last, I don't know. Especially if she gets jealous...

Cormac/Joe/Devlin - His boggart does become an eagle at some point? Wow... when is this? But, yeah. I want these three played out more, perhaps.

Barnabas/Amelia - She sees him as a contradiction to his blood and house, and for that she finds him... attractive? At first, I'd prefer them just to be strong friends (even if it is just outside of the castle). Once again, I'm thinking it's going to end up like Ron/Hermione... except not as annoying. Amelia admires Devlin, but not enough for her to stop from picking at him and trying to knock both boys down a few pegs.

Devlin/Casey - I'm trying to figure out where to fit them in, for up until Petra Dev is not interested in having a girlfriend. She will appear in Cheer, probably after Devlin is no longer gimpy. Are they going to go snog in a corner? Highly doubtful, and I imagine that wouldn't end very well anyway.

Cormac/Petra - Funny you say that, for Lucian was none to fond of Seymour. Though I guess since he originally didn't know him, he wasn't -quite- as vicious. Though it's never been played out it's heavily implied that Lucian kept Gloria away from other people in fear that someone else would sweep her off her feet. P': until he figures out that that's kinda a bad thing to do and makes her unhappy.

I imagine being friends kind of hits closer to home, makes a greater threat, etc, etc.

Cormac/Zoë - Different in that there's currently a marked lack of drama. Zoë isn't overall the jealous sort, she's jealous of Petra. So yes, if Cormac and Pet did run off together she would seethe. And if it wasn't stated in an obvious manner she does like Devlin a bit, though all the time he spends with her sister annoys her, as if he's stealing her away. She's not as bad as either Dev or Pet in that they initially bristle when the opposite sex is around another because they don't know what the hell they're doing with one another. Zoë's a little more level headed and requires quite a few more straws to break the camels back other than a girl just so happening to chat with her boy.

It makes me want to play out younger Baine\Gloria interactions because he fuckin' hates her for a good little while. Doesn't trust her to properly care for Lucian at all.

Cormac/Joe/Devlin - That would be November 2050 - til whenever that bit is resolved.

Barnabas/Amelia - He finds her weak and a bit... Scatterbrained maybe? But cute, regardless. Doesn't quite understand why she's all clingy on him when he's friends with a golden balls of sorts, though he doesn't mind, and Devlin sure as hell doesn't. In fact, Dev would be mighty pleased at having a girl friend that wouldn't start a cat fight over him.
