Birthday: February 7
Height: 5'5 1/2 "
Weight: 113
Country of Origin Scotland -> Wales
Ethnicity Scottish/Swedish+British (Father), French/Irish+Scotish/Italian (Mother)
Blood: Werewolf, Half

Wand Type: 12" Willow and unicorn hair/Augurey feather ; SuppleWillow is an uncommon wand wood with healing power, and I have noted that the ideal owner for a willow wand often has some (usually unwarranted) insecurity, however well they may try and hide it. While many confident customers insist on trying a willow wand (attracted by their handsome appearance and well-founded reputation for enabling advanced, non-verbal magic) my willow wands have consistently selected those of greatest potential, rather than those who feel they have little to learn. It has always been a proverb in my family that he who has furthest to travel will go fastest with willow.
Pet: Pernicus the flying zorse;
Favorite Subject: Potions, Herbology
Least Favorite Subject: Charms, Transfiguration
Patronus: Eurasian Otter
Memory: Time spent with Family/Brine
Boggart:
Appearance: Resembles her mother. Strong jawed, cleft chin. Has a few freckles across her cheeks. Fair-skinned. Foamy sea green eyes. Hair is a dark brown with a slight bit of wave from her father; usually kept to some variety of pixie-cut, though she'll grow it out to a length comparable to her Grandfather Baine's.
Relatively lean and slightly muscular. 'Pretty' build but not particularly curvy. Has a slight dainty look to her. Canines are prominent. Tail.
Personality: Incredibly patient, but even this wears thin. She tends to nip at people (more so when younger) when she gets overly frustrated with them. As she ages this frustration turns on herself and she bites and or/claws at her arms. Ceinlys is strong willed, but isn't always readily prepared for things that are thrown at her.
Her pool of friends is small, for not many children like to try to decipher what she's saying, or be around a werewolf that can give no audible warnings for that matter. Though this deeply upsets her, she tends to attract the most perceptive and intelligent.
History: During her first transformation under the full moon, something went wrong and the babe dribbled a bit more blood from her mouth than what was considered usual. In her small wolfen form she made noises considered frightful even for a werewolf. The day after her parents discovered that somehow something had gone wrong and Ceinlys' vocal cords had been completely thrashed. Following the incident, she became largely muted, unable to do much more than giggle softly or give wretched garbled screams.
Growing up, Ceinlys was keen on following her parents around more so than her friends or siblings. She felt that her parents made more of an effort to communicate with her than the other children. A certain fondness was found for playing with her father, as he tended to be just about as energetic and rambunctious as any other child. Still, she's very much fond of her twin brother, Finn, and takes great joy in spending time with him.
Upon entering Hogwarts, Ceinlys is promptly sorted into Ravenclaw after having a short and much enjoyed conversation with the Sorting Hat. She is pleased to be placed into her mother's house, but found much sadness in that she had been separated from Finn. Many of the students are apprehensive and awkward around her, and within a few weeks of classes she's positively miserable. The girl took to Potions and Herbology very well, and even the almost always dreaded History of Magic, but Charms, Transfigurations and Defense Against the Dark Arts proved to be an uphill battle from the very first class.
Noted Relationships:
Devlin: Father. She takes particular interest in how agile he is, both under the full moon and any other time. Enjoys watching him, though is a bit shy to follow in his physical endeavors at first. Often sits in his lap or hangs off of his shoulder while he creates confectionery things.
Petra: Mother. She tends to shadow her just a spot more than she does her father.
Lucian: Grandfather. As always, Ceinlys' grandfather is most pleased to have more grandchildren to spoil. For her first Christmas she's given quite an interesting wonder at the combined minds of Lucian and Zoë: a flying Zorse foal.
Since Devlin is his core 'handiwork' of werewolf rearing, Lucian does not have to spend as much time with Ceinlys as he would other wolves. His attention would most likely go to Ferdiand, who presumably was given the Wolfsbane potion and nothing more for his first 5 years.
Baine: Grandfather. Another man who is more than pleased to have grandchildren. Ceinlys takes to flying after a bit of coaxing, so Baine is more than happy to send brooms and things of that variety her way.
Gwendolyn: Half-Sister. Ceinlys is often irritated by her elder sister, though Gwen truly does mean well, she's just not as perceptive as some. She tends to fear that her sisters muteness will result in harm to her, so she restricts her when possible (ie not allowing her to explore by herself, speaking for her).
Ferdinand: Half-Brother.
Remy: Half-brother.
Finn: Twin. Adores her brother and loves his company. While she has a deep enjoyment from reading and writing stories, Finn can do what she cannot: weave stores with careful enunciation. Because of this she loves for him to tell her stories. Often cries when he is gone for prolonged periods.
Zoë: Aunt. Ceinlys is always happy to see her aunt, who just about bounces off every wall around her. She's very fond of her animagus form.
Poppy: 'Aunt.' Devlin would most likely take her to Poppy for two reasons: her advanced knowledge of Herbology and use of wordless and wandless magic. Ceinlys loves her aunt Poppy, and will often hang off of her while watching her do things as well.
Brine: Friend. A boy who is a year older than Ceinlys. Popular, a touch haughty, but makes no bones about being friendly with the girl. He's fairly affectionate towards her, often taking her out to swim (and teaching her how to fish) and comforts her when she cries.
